Holiday in Charente Maritime at our Mill House
The changeover day at the mill house is Saturday. However, out of the main holiday season, it is possible to alter this, so please do enquire.
Low Season* January 1st - 27th March 2010 (*lower rates for long term lets, please enquire)
Mid Season 27th March - 5th June 2010. 12th September to 30th October
High Season 5th June - 4th July 2010. 4th - 12th September 2010
Peak Season 3rd July - 4th September 2010

House hunting & extended winter lets available out of season (Chez Moulin is centrally heated & double-glazed). Please enquire for special long term rates.
High season lettings are from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am.
Booking Procedure
Contact us either by phone 00 44 (0)1252 716 746 or email 'chezmoulin@btinternet.com' to discuss your requirements and confirm availability. Once agreed we will make a provisional reservation on your behalf, forward our Booking Form and Terms & Conditions to you and hold the booking for an agreed period, until your Booking Form together with the non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total cost of your holiday, (or full amount if less than 8 weeks to the start of the holiday) are received.
Once we receive the completed Booking Form and deposit, we will confirm the booking by sending you a statement/final balance invoice.
Full payment plus a £150 damages deposit cheque per week booked is required 8 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday.
Please note we are unable to accept pets. However well behaved pets will be considered for long term winter lets.
Chez Moulin is a non smoking property and we would ask you to respect this.
Important note: Children are most welcome at Chez Moulin but parents must take full responsibility for the safety of themselves, their children and any older relatives with regard to the dangers of being close to open water - namely, the stream and millpond opposite the house.
